Legal Terms of ServiceThese Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Faseyha Recharge application, website, and related services (together, the "Service") operated by Faseyha Recharge, a company registered in the Republic of Maldives. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. 01Who we are & eligibilityFaseyha Recharge is an authorized digital payment platform providing mobile recharges, bill payments, gift cards, game top-ups, SIM card delivery, and eSIM services through a single, convenient experience. To use the Service you must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid Maldivian National Identity Card or passport, and be able to form a binding contract under the laws of the Maldives. By using the Service you confirm that the information you provide is true, accurate, and your own. 02Your accountYou register using a Maldivian mobile number, which we verify by one-time passcode (OTP). You are responsible for keeping your password and device secure and for all activity that takes place under your account.
03Identity verification (KYC)To comply with our AML Policy, facilitate fraud and scam prevention, and satisfy applicable government laws and regulations, you agree to provide a clear photo of your valid ID card or passport and a live selfie. You represent and warrant that the documents are authentic, valid, and belong to you. We may limit, pause, or decline transactions while verification is pending or if information cannot be confirmed. 04Recharges, bills & paymentsWhen you submit a recharge or bill payment, you authorise us to process it using your selected payment method. You are responsible for entering the correct mobile number, account number, biller, and amount.
05Pricing, fees & taxesThe price shown at checkout is the total you pay, including any service fee. Applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) is charged in accordance with Maldivian law and shown on your receipt. We may change fees from time to time; changes apply to transactions made after the change takes effect. 06Refunds & failed transactionsIf a payment is charged but the recharge or bill payment fails, we will automatically reverse the charge or credit your Faseyha wallet, usually within a few minutes and no later than 2 working days. Successfully delivered recharges are generally non-refundable. If you believe a transaction is incorrect, contact support within 30 days. 07Acceptable useYou agree not to use the Service to:
08Suspension & terminationWe may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms, if required by law or a regulator, or to protect you, other users, or Faseyha from fraud or risk. You may close your account at any time; amounts already paid for delivered services are non-refundable. 09LiabilityThe Service is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Faseyha Recharge is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for failures caused by operators, billers, banks, or events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Maldivian law. 10Changes & contactWe may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you in the app or by SMS or email before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
